Oh! How is their porter?! It looks tasty from the photo…

I’ve never tried it and I’m not sure why? because I know we’ve had it in the fridge at one point or another. I’m more of a Tank 7 person.

I have a One which does all the same stuff as the Force, it’s just not a wristband (which I didn’t want). I love it.

Boyfriend has fitbit flex and he’s obsessed with setting step goals and beating them (and we have the aria scale to sync up with it)

In a manner of speaking, I answered your question in a DM. Hopefully Tumblr didn’t eat it.

I have a flex and I love it! It’s so much fun and I like being able to set goals and see my progress.

Thanks you guys!  The One would be great, but I’d lose it within a week. So now I’ve narrowed it down to two, and I’ll be waffling between the Force and the Flex for the next month.

THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Is it your birthday?? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Hopefully this is the last fridge post

Thanks for your suggestions (and commiseration). I’ve taken out all the shelves and drawers and washed them really well and I gave it the whole inside (both fridge and freezer) a go over with vinegar/baking soda paste, and now I’ve got bowls of vinegar, bowls of baking soda, bowls of oatmeal, and crumpled up newspaper in both to soak up the stink. And I will probably give it a disinfect before we fill it back up.

I think it’s starting to get better in there?  That or I’m getting used to the smell.

It was incredible!! I hope you enjoy!! (but maybe watch the first episode in the day time).

I’m watching it right now and the first 5 minutes made me feel a thousand times less childish for still checking under the bed every night before I go to sleep.

I don’t really know what’s going on, and apologies for horning in on this discussion to really only say that it makes me want Capt’n Crunch with Crunchberries. #importantcontributionstotheday

Oh, no, please, ALWAYS feel free to join in with food talk. I love to talk about food.

I love that cereal, especially with the Crunchberries. The fact that it makes the roof of my mouth numb doesn’t deter me one bit.

theraconteurasaurus replied to your post: Adventures in putting blueberry vanilla chevre on everything

Well, you could mix a little honey with cream cheese to either go overtop or use between for a sort of stuffed French toast… It’s like a very loosely associated nod towards cheese, but…

That might be good.  I think the goat cheese cut too much into the sweetness, and I do like my french toast childishly sweet.  Cream cheese would be a happy medium.

Either way, honey is SO the way to go with french toast.  Sweet god, that was a great taste in my mouth.

I had a similar thought, too, when I read the article and went through the slideshow. It was the best moment of my afternoon, finding that.

The slideshow…. and the part about them roasting the pig?  It’s the kind of love story that makes me swoon.

theraconteurasaurus replied to your post: I’m laughing so hard I’m crying. DIN-O FACES

Right?! It’s like Hamlet, the mini-pig. Dying. Laughing.

Yes, seriously.

Sometimes I just sit here with tears in my eyes because everything is hilarious and I cannot control myself.

But isn’t that like a lot of things on Facebook? That you just wish they didn’t exist…

YES.
